Through the quote request form, we may collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your contact details (phone, email, worksite address)
• Information about your project and the attached files

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our exchanges. It is never sold to third parties.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and to comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. To exercise this right, write to us at contact@khomelec.be.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies to measure its traffic, and only if you accept them. No advertising cookies are used.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) are only loaded after you give consent through the cookie banner. They let us compile traffic statistics (pages viewed, where visits come from) and count quote request form submissions, using the “generate_lead” event. The content of the form is not sent to Google.

Google Analytics then sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which distinguish visitors pseudonymously. They are kept for a maximum of 2 years.

Vercel Analytics also measures traffic in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors.

If you decline, no statistics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
